We are so excited to welcome you on March 2nd at RBC Place London (for those joining in person). As the big day approaches, we wanted to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of the experience.
RAMADAN ACCOMMODATION – ACTION REQUIRED BY FRIDAY
For attendees observing Ramadan, we are pleased to offer a boxed meal for you to take home for Iftar. If you would like to request one, please email us at hello@awlpartners.com by this Friday. We want to make sure you feel welcome and supported throughout the day. A prayer room will also be available.
Please note: If we don’t hear from you by Friday, we may not be able to accommodate the meal request.

Registration & Vendor Fair Opens: 9:30 AM
Session Starts: 10:30 AM sharp
We encourage you to arrive early—the vendor fair is a wonderful opportunity to connect and network before the program begins. The full event agenda is attached to this email for your reference.
📃 REGISTRATION & SEATING
Upon arrival, please be sure to check in at the registration desk so we can welcome you properly!
If you have purchased a table and your guests have not registered as of 5:00 PM on Thursday, they will not appear on the registration list under your table. In this case, guests should still check in at registration and let our team know which table they are joining, and we will direct them accordingly.
If your organization has purchased more than one table, you will need to organize guest seating upon arrival.
We apologize for any inconvenience. There have been multiple reminders sent regarding registration. We will do our best to assist on the morning of the event, and we truly appreciate your patience if registration is not completed in advance.
Attendees who have purchased tables or sponsored the event will have assigned seating reserved for them. For all other guests, seating is open and first-come, first-served. Another great reason to arrive early and grab your favourite spot!
🍴 LUNCH & DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS
Lunch will be provided and will include Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Halal options to accommodate a variety of dietary needs.
🅿️ PARKING
Parking is available underground at RBC Place, as well as at several nearby local lots. We encourage you to plan ahead and budget extra time for parking. Parking is not included in your ticket price, but the convenience of being right downtown makes it well worth it!
🧥 COAT CHECK
A coat check will be available on-site through RBC Place, so feel free to come prepared for the March weather without worry.
💻 VIRTUAL TICKET HOLDERS
If you have colleagues or connections joining virtually, please let them know that access details will be sent closer to the event date. These are now the only tickets remaining available.
📫 REACHING US BEFORE THE EVENT
Please note that after Friday, our team will be heads-down preparing to bring you an incredible event experience, so we may be less responsive to inquiries. If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out before then.
