Here’s what G.U.I.D.E. stands for:

G – Grow and Gather
Leadership begins with self-awareness. Growth means understanding your strengths, values, and where there's room to evolve. Gathering insight—through reflection, feedback, or learning—helps you lead with clarity.

U – Understand and Unlearn
Real growth involves examining your beliefs, biases, and learned behaviors. It’s about understanding your lens—and being willing to unlearn what no longer serves you or your team.

I – Intentionally Inclusive
Inclusion isn’t accidental. It requires active effort to create environments where all voices are welcomed, valued, and respected. That includes advancing gender equity and practicing allyship.

D – Dialogue and Develop
Meaningful leadership is built on connection. Ongoing dialogue with others fuels innovation, accountability, and growth. Developing ideas into action is where real change begins.

E – Engage and Elevate
Engagement is how we grow together. Stay curious, stay committed, and look for ways to uplift others while continuing your own development. Great leaders elevate everyone around them.
