Terms & Conditions for Mastermind Enrollment

By purchasing and enrolling in the Actually I Can Mastermind Series  ("Program"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Due to the small group nature and limited availability of this program, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in your schedule, business, or personal circumstances.

2. Transfer & Deferral Policy

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant up to three (3) days before the program start date.
  • You may defer your participation to the next available cohort one time only, subject to availability. Deferrals must be requested at least seven (7) days before the program starts.

3. Payment Terms & Installments

  • If you choose an installment payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled, regardless of attendance or completion.
  • Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the program and loss of access to all materials, sessions, and benefits.

4. Program Access & Confidentiality

  • The Program includes proprietary content, resources, and discussions. All materials and discussions are confidential and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed without written permission.
  • Participants must respect the confidentiality of all members. Breaching confidentiality may result in removal without refund.

5. Conduct & Participation Expectations

  • This is a collaborative and respectful space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Participants are expected to actively engage and contribute to the group experience.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Program materials, including workbooks, templates, videos, and live session content, remain the intellectual property of AWL Partners and All Women L.E.A.D. 
  • You may use the materials for personal and business development, but you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Program provides educational and coaching content; it does not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal results.
  • AWL Partners and All Women L.E.A.D and its facilitators are not responsible for any business or personal decisions made based on the Program.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in London, Ontario, before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments & Acceptance of Terms

  • AWL Partners and All Women L.E.A.D reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Welcome to the Actually I Can™ Leadership Academy Power Moves Collective — a curated mentorship space designed for women identifying leaders who are ready to lead with more confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence.

This program meets once per week BEGINNING OCTOBER 20TH to DECEMBER 8th for 1 hour AT 1PM EST, and you get to choose the length of your commitment. Select the quantity of months that aligns with your journey—whether that’s a 3-month starter path or a full 12-month deep dive.
